Cyprus: Country Guide
Since the fall of the Berlin Wall, the island of Cyprus enjoys the strange distinction of having the only divided capital on the planet. This division forces a decision upon travellers as to which half to visit. The South is perhaps the most popular option, with a potential day-trip over to the North side.
