Independent money-saving guide: which airlines fly where?

Cyprus: Country Guide
Since the fall of the Berlin Wall, the island of Cyprus enjoys the strange distinction of having the only divided capital on the planet. This division forces a decision upon travellers as to which half to visit. The South is perhaps the most popular option, with a potential day-trip over to the North side. (Doing the trip the other way around – North to South – is more difficult)
For holiday-goers, endless beach resorts abound. The hotels and seaside communities with their character and good value make the island a year-round haven for throngs of holiday-makers from throughout Europe and beyond.
History buffs can visit the historic remains of three of the world’s most infamous empires – the Greek, Byzantine, and Roman. Moving inland, Cyprus’ natural landscape will thrill die hard nature buffs. And skiing opportunities also abound at Troödos Massif, a remarkable rocky mountain range.
